15-Hang power cleans 95/65lbs
500m row @ 2 min pace
20-K2E

4 Rounds
7-Power clean & jerk 95lbs
25 - J pullups
14 - 24" Box jumps

The warms up was good. The hanging power cleans were easy. The 4 rounder was awesome! the PC&J`s were tough at 95lbs. Who knew? Good time over all. Today was Amanda`s first group class. She rocked it with the K2E`s. Looking forward to may more Crossfit workouts with you girl!

thanks leanna. they were very tough but we both made it through ok. im going to try to make it to class on tuesday but this weeks work sked really doenst leave time for crossfit. i hate that!
