Saturdays Training Ride

Today was my Cops for Cancer Team`s second training ride. It was slow and painful. And to get all geared up and only go 55K was disappointing but it was a necessary evil. After the ride we had our Junior team BBQ. That was a good time. I was nice to see the Jr Team members, they`re looking great! I`m loving this hot sun too :)
