Today`s Workout:

Power snatch 3x65 3x75 1x85 3x75
Power clean and jerk 3x75 3x95 3x105 3x 115
Front squat 2x95 2x115 2x125 1x135

4 Rounds for time:
15 - pullups
15 - Box jumps
10 - Hang DB Snatches @ 35lbs
200m run

The run was a really nice refresher, I love getting my ass kicked outside!
