Monday

Well I made it back late last night and after a few hours of sleep, I returned to CrossFit Langley. I had no idea how much I missed that place and the people until I walked in this morning. Love it!

Power Snatch
10x 45lbs
3x 65lbs
3x 75lbs
3x 85lbs
3x 95lbs
3x 85lbs

My 95`s were more of a puch press at the end so I dropped the weight back to 85lbs and was back in business.

The we did a 10 minute AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
5 Box Jumps
10 Bent Over Rows (5L & 5R) with 45lb DB

I managed 7 rounds plus pull ups plus box jumps. That was a goodie!

I envy your energy level. If I were you, I'd be sleeping all day today! What I wouldn't give for a burst of that stuff sometime soon - I'm fading by 8:30 these days...makes the social life a little difficult to maintain. :(
