Hey lady!! I just got back from Maui yesterday. I didn't have much access to a computer so haven't been following everybody's accomplishments but I see you are kicking a little a@#. Sweet Fran time and look at you and the clean and jerk and back squat. You are one strong momma. I will be back in the swing of things next week maybe we can hook up for a wod or two at CFL:) would love to do the lifting class.
