Back in the Saddle
I went back to Crossfit Langley today for the first time in two weeks. It felt strange and I felt out of place. It was much different than the nice relaxing yoga that I`ve become used to :) I have been to hot yoga every day this week including last Saturday and Sunday. So far it`s been 12 classes in 13 days. I feel great! But I couldn`t resist a good Tabata workout....20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, totalling 4 minutes for each exercise. We did Squats, Knees to Elbows, Box Step Ups and Push Ups. I don`t have the break down of all my work but my total was 349 reps. I was happy with that. Only a little bit of shoulder pain on the pushups which I did with my knees down. I have to ease back into it. From Crossfit, I sped down to White Rock for Hot Yoga. I`m addicted :)

Great to hear your enjoying both ave's of wellness! I would think that would be a fantastic combination. Quite honestly I'm terrified of yoga never mind hot yoga! Don't they lock the door and isn't it kinda miltitatarian? is that even a word:)
if you can do crossfit, you can do yoga for sure.
It's not scary and no they don't lock the door.
